Wall System

Along these years, to optimize and better improve the finishes, we have realized more than 70 drawing aluminum profiles. Hardware used is FULL IN METAL, this ensures the strength of the partition over the years, in addition to improving the aesthetic. Backs are finished with a special a thick edge (ABS or PVC 2mm).

Along the upright part and the beam one, joined with panels, it is placed a soft PVC seal with a noise-resistant use. This technical part, called “SLUICE”, allows to have a better heat resistannce, a better fire resistance and acoustic abatement: a Wall System 1 and A Wall System 3 partition is certified 45dB with blind panels and with rock wool.

In the Wall System doors, it is possible to have magnetic lock. In the inner part it has been removed the internal and external gears of closing allowing to achieve greater smoothness and quietness during opening and closing of the door, but it allowed also to operate on the product design by becoming the lock an integral element of the door itself.

A great advantage is the cylinder which allow the management of the Master Key multiple and indipendent, meeting the needs of big enterprises with multiple access levels within their offices.

Wall System partition is available in these versions:

• Wall 1: with lower base and upper adjustenment;
• Wall 3: without base and without adjustement but there is only the panel;
• Equipped: with lower base, and if fastened at the ceiling also the upper adjustement;
• Open Space

A widespread problem in offices which use partitions is the provision of the heating system. Our partition overcome this cliff thanks to the Heating Wall: radiative glazed panel.

Space or privacy? Satin glass or transparent? In Wall System as in Kristal it is possible to built laminated glass with the Glass LCD system, able to become from transparent to satin to 98% in a time of a click.

Starting frames of the modules are made in alluminum, they allow to link all our partitions from Wall System to Kristal obtaining the best aesthetic. These modules are available for Kristal 10 and Wall System in the following versions: with rounded frame, with square frame, with double or single glass.
Thanks to our study, it is possible to join our series, obtaining a continuity in the style of the project.

All the partition’s elements (backs, doors, glazed modules, bases ecc.) are free-standing from each other both vertically and horizontally, representing a great advantage during modification or replacement of a module or a single element.

In all the sliding doors, both in wood and in glass, and in all the series, Wall System or Kristal, can be mounted SLOW STOP SYSTEM, a special mechanism which slows the closing and the opening of the door and softly guide it on the jamb, without affecting the aesthetic of the doors without this accessory.
SLOW STOP system is integratable also on sliding doors previously mounted.

On all Wall System doors it can be mounted gravity self-closing hinge, which allows you to close the door automatically without the need for springs or adjustments.

Bases are made in alluminum to avoid all contact with water and they are easy to clean, they can be made also in wood with the same finishes of the backs and doors. Joint corners, also made in alluminum, have solutions ranging fromthe simple 90° corner to the adjustable ones.

Equipped partitions are made with the same dimensions of the simple partition’s module (1042 and 522) and the back have the same aesthetic finishes of the partitions. Inside it is possible to built shelves both in wood and metal, extractable classifiers complete with soft control system.
